About me
Hello and thank you for looking at my bio!
After years of owning a medical transcribing business, I decided to go back to college to get my degree which resulted in getting my CA real estate license in February 2004.
I started working in new home sales and then a condo conversion project in Laguna Niguel. I soon after found my niche in REO sales and have been working in REOs since 2008. I pride myself on my work ethics and interpersonal skills - you can rest assured I will keep you apprised of your assets and do all that is needed to sell the property and mitigate losses.
When I am not working, I enjoy my family, friends, gardening, baking, sewing, and riding my motorcycle.

- Occupancy status/re-key within eight (8) hours
- 'Cash for Keys' (90% success rate)
- Adhere to laws and regulations, and clients' policies.
- Supervise evictions and attend court hearings.
- Open utilities, contract with repair personnel, and supervise repairs and trash-outs.
- Devise marketing strategy and prepare marketing materials.
- Establish list price and/or marketing strategy as needed per client's instructions.
- Hold open houses and monitor Realtor feedback.
- Supervise property management, provide weekly inspections, and report as required by clients in a timely fashion (MSRs, PPCs).
- Manage subcontractors (gardeners, pool maintenance, etc.).
- Negotiate sales contract - in the client's best interest!
- Closing coordination - follow escrow every step of the way to ensure timely closing, and recommend action to be taken to resolve discrepancies.
